Restaurant Coupons: Dining, Fast Foods, Take-Out, Delivery
Everybody likes to eat out occasionally. Sometimes it is because you are away from home on a trip or at work. Maybe you didn’t have time to pack a lunch. Perhaps you are stopping after work to meet a group of friends. Maybe you just don't want to cook tonight!
Why not use a coupon to save some money? Here are some of the excuses some people use for not using coupons in restaurants. “I don’t want them to think I’m cheap.” “It’s embarrassing.” “I can’t remember to bring the coupon with me.”
Consider a sign on a restaurant menu: “50% off the regular price—today.” Would these same people, who were embarrassed to use a coupon, refuse the discount and pay the full price? What is the difference between a discount on the menu and a discount by using a coupon? The only real difference is that you might have to search to find a coupon and remember to bring it with you.
What about a person who just goes to a specific restaurant because s/he has a discount coupon? If s/he likes the food--there is nothing wrong with this. Using a coupon to go to a place that you don’t like is like buying a product in a grocery store that you don’t like and won’t use—it doesn’t make any sense, i.e., you aren’t really saving anything! You may even get sick.
The vast number of regular and fast-food restaurants provide countless choices for everyone. Bonus: Just like using coupons in grocery and department stores—some accept competitor’s coupons!
Even the fast food restaurants have healthy foods that you can eat. Most have a salad or fruit menu with low cal dressings and diet drinks.
Are you using coupons for the pizza and other foods that you have delivered to your house? There are promo codes and coupons for a variety of delivery foods. Many restaurants have discount coupons on take-out food items.
In addition to money-off coupons for particular food items, you may find coupons that give you free items with a purchase of a sandwich, like free fries or a sample side dish. You can share some food if you are on a budget or just need a lighter meal.
You can find restaurant coupons on-line, in your Sunday paper or even in mailers that come throughout the week. So get hunting those coupons, and since you are here--explore this website for bargains and start saving!

Take your coupons to a place that you prefer, and get a discount. Check the store's policy or ask the manager if they have a competitor's coupon policy and how the program works.
Many fast food restaurants have a variety of food to accommodate the whole family of all ages. Sometimes there are other menu specials that are discounted, and someone could use a coupon while another person gets a special. If you are the one paying, you save even more.
