1Hay is for feeding the animals and straw is used for bedding.  They both are often seen in bales, look similar, and the inexperienced person might think they are the same.

2Legitimate Power refers to power of an individual because of the relative position and duties of the holder of the position within an organization. Legitimate Power is formal authority delegated to the holder of the position. 

3Some small elementary schools may have a head teacher to help with some duties when a principal is in charge of several school buildings, and is not present at a particular location.  The duties are limited and technically the teacher is not an administrator.
