Safety When Using the Internet

     Children are using computers and other devices in school, at home and in places in between school and home.  Advances in computer and telecommunication technology allow our children to reach out to new sources of knowledge and cultural experiences, but may make them vulnerable to exploitation and harm by some individuals.
